Leo Darlin Guajardo
Leo is Mexican, Yaqui and Scottish and grew up in King’s Lynn, England, New Mexico, Las Vegas, Miami, FL and NE Oklahoma. He has been drawing daily since he was ten and spent over a decade traveling the states playing in bands and making shirts, flyers and zines.
In 2008, Leo learned to tattoo in Hawai’i at Aloha Tattoo, the oldest shop in the windward side of Oahu. After a few years of cutting teeth in Hawai’i, Leo moved to Seattle to tattoo at Artful Dodger and eventually the night shift at Under The Needle Tattoo before moving down to Portland to open Hidden Rose Tattoo in 2014.
Known for his Traditional work and commitment to native and indigenous artwork, Leo loves to be a part of the neighborhood and community working in what he considers a sacred service. From quick trinkets to large scale custom work, Leo is happy to work with you at his home and yours
